What made you get into making music in the first place? I been making music since a baby. My mama stayed singing its just in me so when I got exposed to the whole culture of music and all it includes - I realized I was made for the music business.

Did your parents or family influence you into music, or were they against your music aspirations? Yea definitely, like I said my mama and granny always was singin and hummin. My older folks was in bands and all that.

If you could collaborate with any artist outside of your genre, who would it be? At this point probably Post Malone.

Do you have any crazy stories on performing live, or promoting your music in the club? Craziest story from a show is da last time I did a show in Raleigh, NC just lookin out into the crowd seein everybody turnt as a independent artist that just hit different.

What does a successful 2022 look like for you? A successful 2022 looks like Vato putting out music consistently, expanding the brand, and turnin up on tour getting more fans and a following.

If we were to visit your hometown today, what local food spots would you recommend? If you come to my city you gotta try Anthony’s. Its da hood spot, but I swear you ain’t had better wings and you they’ll sell all flats.

Do you have a favorite type of food that your fans should know about? No food too good I can’t choose.

What should your fans expect to come next? Fans should expect videos, vlogs, and Vato goin crazy.
